We will set up all house utility, maintenance, service & tax expense payments on auto pay using clients credit card or ACH of their choosing.
For any house utility, maintenance, service & tax bill not able to be set up on autopay, we will pay via client's credit card or checking account (ACH).
Once per month we will review all of your credit card statements to confirm that all charges are accurate. Upon your final approval we will pay them via ACH unless you want them set up on auto pay.
We will keep track of all your usernames and passwords for both your personal and house accounts. Your sensitive information is secured and encrypted in the cloud.
We will scan in your personal documents into our data storage service provider and organize the digital files for ease of finding. After scanning all documents will be shredded.
All documents that do not have to be physically stored will be shredded.
